Final City Planning Commission Public Hearing

Rudin Management needs the City Planning Commission’s approval of its ULURP (land use) application to begin demolition of the St. Vincent’s site and build their luxury condos! You can make a positive difference by being there and speaking out to prevent or delay the next step, which is the City Council.

Signing up to speak: Anyone wishing to speak on any of the items listed under "Public Hearing" in this Calendar, is requested to fill out a speaker's slip supplied at the staff desk outside the hearing chambers on the day of the hearing.

Join Yetta Kurland, we to let the Planning Commission know that one million West Side residents below 59th Street need a full survice hospital. Two beds will not do!
