THE FRENCH CULINARY INSTITUTE DOES BRUNCH.
They say practice makes perfect. So it's natural that French Culinary Institute Students would sharpen their culinary skills by presenting a brunch to some of the worlds toughest critics—New Yorkers. Every Saturday and Sunday brunch at L’Ecole downtown will be made by the FCI students. The chefs may be pupils but they are definitely not novices and their dishes prove it. The two-course brunch is prix-fixed at $19.50 and features French breakfast at its finest.
Apparently the croque monsieur and the french toast are sublime. I can’t wait.
