JOIN THE SOHO ALLIANCE TO STOP YET ANOTHER BIG BUILDING IN SOHO. MEETING TONIGHT AT THE SOHO GRAND, 6:30 PM.
Yet another big building is in the early stages to take root in SoHo, and the SoHo alliance is doing everything it can to stop it.
The building would require permission for two variances from regular zoning laws, one that would set a shaky precedent.
The SoHo Alliance urges members of the downtown community to join them at the hearing in front of the Board of Standards and Appeals Tuesday, March 24th at 1:30 pm. A meeting to discuss strategies for the hearing will be held at the SoHo Grand Hotel Monday night at 6:30 pm.
